| What to Do If the Video Does Not Play on Your Machine |
Folks, for a small number of you a
video will not play on your particular machine after you have downloaded
it. The most likely problem is that your machine does not play HEVC
encoded videos; in which case, please try out the following options.
For Windows Users
OPTION 1: Install the free and really good computer video player called VLC (or VideoLan) available here. After installing it, always use this player.
