The Journal of Comparative and International Black Studies is an entirely world wide web based, refereed, academic journal. It is dedicated to the publication of  studies (historical and current) that bring a deliberate comparative and international dimension to the study--regardless of disciplinary location--of Africans and peoples of the African Diaspora throughout the world.
